How our Strategic Plan is developed and managed:   

The CHIS Strategic Plan is a schoolwide medium term plan that expresses our ambitions in the form of broad, but challenging goals that are designed to drive three or more years of development across the organisation. The plan is learning focused and its overall purpose is to help us realise our school Vision, Mission and Values. 

The CHIS Strategic Plan is divided into four categories: Our Journey, Our Learning, Our People and Our Home. To help us implement the strategy, we develop annual Action Plans for each category and goal and we monitor progress to ensure we make systematic, ongoing progress toward our goals throughout the duration of the plan.
